What makes this session different?About this ritual: the idea, the guidance and the music
Gentle warmth, then a guided longer-exhale practice.
- Intention
- Settle a busy mind with a clear, slow breathing rhythm.
- The idea
- Gentle warmth on the lower bench with one soft lavender pour and slow cooling lead into five minutes of guided breathing: four seconds in, six seconds out.
- Origin
- A KUUME composition built on longer-exhale breathing.
- Voice
- Calm and steady. The breathing guide counts with you.
Safety & practicalPreparation, your phone and the safety guide
You need a dry, not too cool place to sit for the breathing practice after the sauna. The warm round has one soft lavender pour: mix a lavender sauna scent as its label says, and check that everyone in the sauna is happy with the scent.
- Use scent only where the venue allows it.
- Your phone stays outside the heat. For sound, put a speaker by the door.
- Pause, skip or end at any time.
